Sedona Book & Arts Festival 2016
A heartfelt welcome to all vendors!
VENDORS are sellers of goods or products. Outdoor booths will be located in the parking lot of Yavapai College – Sedona Center, allowing tents to be visible from Hi-way 89 A. Space is limited. Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, chairs and any other supplies needed for your booth. Please utilize pole weights as a measure for wind as the surface is asphalt pavement.
VENDORS are responsible for arranging their own payment processing for items on sale at their booths.

AUGUST 17th IS THE DEADLINE for Paid Exhibitor and Vendor Registrations to be included in the Festival Guide. Paid registrations will be accepted until Sept. 6, but those late registrations will not be included in the Festival Guide.
We look forward to seeing you in September.
Vendors will set up Saturday morning at 8am. Vendor booths will be open Saturday and Sunday 9am to 6 pm. No guards Friday night for the parking area. NO overnight parking is available unless arranged through promoter.
Fee for the two days is $75.00 for10x10 and $125 for 10x20.

All non-refundable checks or money orders must be received no later than three weeks prior to the event.
Tent locations will be assigned day of event. Security will be provided by sponsor Saturday night. Any trash not directly related with show must be removed by vendors. Please bring your own Recycle bags and take home glass, cardboard, cans and plastic.
